Hrithik Roshan was born on January 10, 1974 to a Punjabi family of prominent Mumbai. Which we can also call a Bollywood family means his father, film director Rakesh Roshan, son of music director Roshan Lal Nagarath; His mother, Pinky, is the daughter of producer and director J. Om Prakash.
His uncle, Rajesh, is a music composer. His early education was from the Bombay Scottish School.
